Violin lessons for young and old
Vioolschool Voorburg is located on the Koningin Julianalaan in Voorburg. For 30 years I have been teaching the violin here, with great pleasure and passion. Lessons are weekly and normally last half an hour, but longer lessons are of course possible too.
The joy of playing, from classical to pop!
First and foremost, I see it as my mission to give every student the joy of playing and a love of the violin. I believe every student needs personal guidance to achieve good results, which is why all lessons are individual. Violin playing starts with a solid method, in which the right posture and a sound technical foundation are important.
Beyond that, there is room for every student to develop their own taste, whether that is classical, pop, film or musical theatre. I feel at home in every style! On a violin you can play any kind of music.
Playing together
Alongside the individual lessons there is the occasional group lesson, focused on playing together. Playing the violin is fun, but playing together is the most fun of all!
We work towards a recital afternoon for all the parents, grandparents, friends and neighbours. The students then show their very best musical side, both solo and together. This event takes place in a specially rented venue with every convenience.

€85 per month
Based on 35 half-hour lessons (VAT-free up to and including age 21).
Lessons of 45 or 60 minutes are also possible.
